School & Institutional Licensing

Students can use the public study site for free. Nursing programs and instructors can also share a link to Scrub Notes with their students without purchasing a license.

Optional institutional partnerships

Separate licensing may be offered for services beyond ordinary public website access, such as a dedicated ad-free school experience, custom curriculum alignment, branded deployment, instructor dashboards, cohort administration, learning-management-system integrations, or implementation and support.

Why a school would license it

An institution-specific experience with administrative features unavailable on the public version.
Additional support, customization, or integration under a written agreement.
Authorized redistribution or private hosting of protected original modules, where offered.
Appropriate privacy and data-processing terms if identifiable student records are ever introduced.

Rights and permissions

The public website is not itself a license to white-label, mirror, bundle for resale, or commercially distribute protected original material. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights. Any school license must specify covered deliverables, permitted uses, support, price, term, and privacy responsibilities in a separate signed agreement.

Availability
