Learning library & source register
Explore every study tool, its educational scope, supporting readings, and reuse status. Scrub Notes is free for learners. A linked scientific source supports study and clinical verification; it does not automatically grant rights to copy the source onto a commercial website.

3. Attribution and commercial-use policy
Open RN titles listed above have publisher-declared CC BY 4.0 licensing. Credit: Open Resources for Nursing (Open RN), Chippewa Valley Technical College; Kimberly Ernstmeyer and Elizabeth Christman, editors. If and when specific source material is adapted, that chapter will identify any changes and link to the source and CC BY 4.0 license. This site is independent and not endorsed by those authors or institutions.
We distinguish original Scrub Notes program code and authored explanations from external works. General scientific facts and clinical findings can be accurately explained in original language; copying drawings, exam questions, images and expression needs independent permission. We avoid copying third-party guideline diagrams, proprietary illustrations, and textbooks with noncommercial reuse terms.
4. Pending content and rights review
This release preserves existing educational exercises and waveform engines so students do not lose features, but it is not an assurance that every legacy text passage, remaining legacy narrative, medication detail or question is verified and commercially cleared. The item-by-item structural audit and source register are available in the public audit directory. Clinical correctness and copyright provenance of all legacy narrative content are not yet signed off. Do not use this intermediate build as proof of content-clearance for advertising, institutional sales, or publisher permissions.
5. Credits, changes and student safety
Scrub Notes original interactive program components and educational exercise formats have been retained, with new Passport, level progression, cosmetics and exam key-order functionality. Source lists are study resources, not evidence that a page has been copied or reviewed line by line. Medical practice changes; consult current guidance, product labels and local protocols. Never enter identifiable patient information.
